We offer free shipping to our customers across India.

Our order-to-delivery time is normally 10 to 21 days. It may vary depending on the product ordered / place of delivery; which will be communicated in advance to customers after the order is placed.

For certain products, our delivery time can be 4 to 5 days

All shipments will be processed once the full payment is received.

We shall inform customers once the order is shipped. You shall be notified if there is any change in the delivery time.

We understand that jewellery is gifted on a special occasion or as a surprise. Please let us know in advance to maintain your surprise.

For logistics and insurance purposes, our team will reach out to request Identity proof of person/s who will be likely to receive the parcel. Our logistics partner will hand over the parcel only to these specified person/s.

All products shall be insured during the transit.

In an uneventfully rare occasion, if your shipment is tampered with or lost, you must report it to us immediately.

We cannot reroute the shipment once it is shipped.

International Shipment Policy

For International orders, the transit timeline would be 10-12 working days.

For new products, we take 3 weeks to make.

International shipments are non - refundable & non - returnable.

Once the product is sold and delivered it is not serviceable.

The package is secured and insured.

International orders are shipped by DHL, FEDEX, and ARAMEX.

Custom duty will be calculated as per the country.
